About the role

As Head of Multi-Agent Research at Swarms, you will lead our research organization. We are looking for an experienced researcher with citations and an extensive body of multi-agent research. You will set the research agenda, recruit and lead a team of researchers, and publish at top conferences. Any compute demands will be met, including unlimited API credits for OpenAI, Anthropic, and other frontier model providers.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

• Set and lead the multi-agent research agenda for Swarms
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of world-class researchers
• Publish research at top AI conferences and represent Swarms in the research community
• Direct large-scale experiments with unrestricted compute and unlimited API credits for OpenAI, Anthropic, and other providers
• Partner with engineering to move research results into the Swarms platform

Requirements

• You are an experienced researcher with a cited, extensive body of multi-agent research
• You have a strong publication record at top AI venues
• You have recruited and led researchers, or are ready to build a team from the ground up
• You have ambitious research ideas that have been limited by compute or API budgets
• You want to define the research frontier of autonomous corporations
